Returns & Exchanges
Marlee Rae Creates accepts returns and exchanges:
- Contact Marlee Rae Creates within 14 days of delivery
- Ship your items back within 30 days of delivery. Marlee Rae Creates refund and returns policy lasts 30 days.
- If 30 days have passed since your purchase, Marlee Rae Creates can not offer you a full refund or exchange.
Marlee Rae Creates accepts cancelations
- Prior to shipping date (cancelations will not be accepted after an order has been shipped)
Marlee Rae Creates does not accept returns or exchanges on:
- Commissions and custom orders
- Digital downloads
- Gift Cards
- Sale items
Conditions of returns and exchanges
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs and any damages or loss to items during the return shipment. If you are returning more expensive items, Marlee Rae Creates suggests purchasing tracking and shipping insurance. Item must be in same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, Marlee Rae Creates will send you an email letting you know that your item has been received. You will also be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied the original method of payment within 14 days.
Exchanges
