Payments
Marlee Rae Creates accepts Mastercard and Visa payments using secure payment processing though Square Payments. All personal information is private and secure (see Privacy Policy). Your email is used in confidence regarding your order (sending shipping updates including tracking).
If you would prefer to pay with e-transfer, Marlee Rae Creates accepts auto-deposits to her marleeraecreates@gmail.com email. Please send a separate email with shipping information and any other information for processing the order.
Customs & Taxes
Buyers are responsible for any custom fees and import taxes that may apply. Marlee Rae Creates is not responsible for delays due to customs.
Processing Orders
All orders are made, packaged and shipped by Marlee Rae Creates herself from her studio on Vancouver Island. This is a one woman shop. Orders take 2-3 days to fill.
Shipping Service
All orders are sent via Canada Post
- Domestic orders are sent Expedited Parcel (2-7 business days)
- International orders are sent International Parcel Air (5-10 business days)
Packaging
Expect to receive your order in a cellophane sleeve inside a sturdy cardboard envelope with a clear “do not bend” sign. Prints do not come framed.
